JCC × Rossignol
Pop Colorful Skiwear Collection
FW 23/24 · FW 24/25 · FW 25/26
Design · Research · Development · Tech Pack · Photoshoot
Challenge
Balance Jean-Charles de Castelbajac’s creative, pop-driven vision with the technical requirements of high-performance skiwear, translating a strong artistic identity into functional garments.
Concept
Each collection started from Castelbajac’s vision, expressed through sketches, colours, and graphic inputs. Our role was to interpret and develop these ideas, turning them into real garments through design, construction, and material choices. A process based on understanding the intention behind the concept and making it viable without losing its identity.

Process
Market and archive research between Paris and Milan, material sourcing, prototyping, and collaborative development with Italian suppliers and specialists.
Responsibilities
- Product specification and technical file development
- Fabrics and trims research
- Sourcing
- Fittings with JCC
- Photoshoot production support
- Scouting and styling

Outcome
Three collections (FW23/24, FW24/25, FW25/26) successfully launched, combining creative direction, technical performance, and market relevance into distinctive, high-function garments.
